Your health will rarely stay static; it will either improve or slip backwards. Without positive attention on building Optimal Health it is very easy to slip back into the sickness-avoiding mindset that dominates in our society. The sickness-avoiding mindset does nothing to build wellness as that is not its purpose. Unfortunately, many people commonly imagine that buy avoiding sickness they are building Optimal Health.
It’s like thinking that because you are avoiding an accident in your car, you don’t need to actively maintain your car. The truth is if you want a car that looks impeccable and which you can depend on to not break down, you must actively maintain it – regular servicing, regular cleaning and polishing – before it runs badly or looks neglected. Your health is exactly the same. To have a body that looks great as time goes buy and which you can depend on to stay healthy and a strong and positive mind, it is not enough to simply avoid disease. The difference is that if you do neglect your car, in time you can just buy a new one. With your body, you don’t have that option!

The 3-Step System for Optimal Health covers the all the essentials for you to massively increase your personal health and to have a very healthy family. It contains the most important Optimal Health knowledge compressed into a single 16-week program. As with all our programs, it is strongly action-oriented with specific action steps for you to take each week so that Optimal Health is not just a dream but becomes reality.

2. Optimal Living Program
If you think you have squeezed all the juice out of the OHFP, then you are probably ready for the Optimal Living Program. I have designed the Optimal Living Program to be a focus for your attention on continuous health improvement. In the program, I cover much of the same content as in the OHFP but in smaller chunks with more detail plus a lot of extra topics that, while important, did not make it into the Fundamentals Program. You can think of it as the Advanced version of the OHFP. Again, I want you to actually implement what you learn, so the program is arranged in a sequence of weekly steps.

3. Optimal Babies – From pre-conception to first birthday – How to make perfect babies
Making a really healthy baby needs to start from well before conception. This program is designed for anyone planning to conceive in the next 12 months (Dads too) as well as pregnant mothers and mothers of infants up to one year old.

4. Optimal Fitness – A program to get fit in 10 minutes per day
Optimal Fitness is a simple fitness program that takes from 10-30 minutes per day which you can do at home with the minimum of equipment. It is specifically designed to get maximum benefit for your heart as well as your overall wellbeing with a minimum of time or expense. It is suited to people of any fitness level from completely sedentary to the pre-athlete.

5. Optimal Athlete – Special considerations for optimal athletic performance
Athletes have special needs for their nutrition, flexibilty, conditioning and mindset that are in addition to that required for Optimal Health in non-athletes. This program covers those differences. It is excellent for any athlete who has already completed the Optimal Health Foundation Program.

6. Optimal Health News Service
OHW provides timely perspective on current news as it relates to achieving Optimal Health. This includes reports on new research of interest to you as well as perspective on topics in the media to help you make sure that you make the right decisions for your family’s health.
The service is focussed and relevant with an emphasis on simple usable action steps. You can use this service in conjunction with any of the programs above.

Conditions
Finally, many people suffer from conditions that limit their enjoyment of life from low-back pain to headaches to diabetes. Many if not most of these conditions will go simply by following the OHFP, but some will require a more focused effort to eliminate.
