Shipping Policy

Products are shipped by courier or Australia Post on the same day or the next business day. Typical delivery time to Metropolitan Australia is 1 to 5 days for the East Coast, 2 to 8 days for SA and NT and 5 to 10 days for WA and TAS. Allow extra time for regional areas and international deliveries.

There are no known export restrictions on any of our services or products.

We will ship to anywhere in the world. You have have import duties payable on receipt of goods. There may be import restrictions for some of our products in your country. It is your responsibility to check these before placing an order with us.

Shipping costs will be advised at time of purchase. If this is not possible, you will be advised of shipping costs before billing or dispatch. Billing will not occur until you have confirmed the shipping costs are acceptable to you. We use Australia Post’s Postage Assessment Calculator at the link here to calculate exactly how much the cost of postage will be and then add that to your purchase.

Customer Service Policy

If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order within 2 business days, we will notify you by email. You must provide us with a valid email address for us to be able to do this.

We will always endeavour to dispatch on the day of your order.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with any of our products for any reason, please return them to us and we will fully refund the cost of the goods. This even applies if you have opened the goods. This does not apply to shipping costs to you or your return shipping costs.

You may be on our mailing list and we will have only your name and email address.
